How are scope and costs agreed?

Can we track invoices and customer payments?
Yes. The invoice workflow includes drafts, issue actions, PDF generation, email delivery and payment recording. Staff can follow the amount paid and outstanding balance on the customer invoice.
Does GST reporting submit returns to Inland Revenue automatically?
The system prepares GST return records and adjustments for review. Filing with Inland Revenue is a separate step handled through your agreed filing process.
Can AI issue invoices without review?
The assistant can prepare invoice drafts and query records allowed by the user’s permissions. Draft preparation is separate from issuing the invoice, so staff can check the customer, items and amounts first.
Is OmniStore automatically linked to this ERP?
They are separate products. Transferring sales, customer or invoice data requires an agreed mapping and integration setup; buying the ERP does not itself enable an automatic POS or ecommerce connection.
